This is wat happen:
my family had a 7th month dinner at Owen Rd
daddy mummy was somewhat drunk
and supposedly was JieJie drive de
but she sae she got stomach ache
so I drove...
when I exited the filter lane at near Rangoon Rd dere
a taxi jus turn right then suddenly turn sharply in front of my car
cos got some passengers called for the cab (not on-called)
and and and......
I BREAK SUPER HARD (like for e first time) TILL EVERYTHING IN THE CAR
INCLUDING MY SIS AND MUM WHO WERE SITTING BEHIND HAPPEN TO PASTE THEIR
FACE ON THE CHAIRS IN FRONT??
my dad was so angry tat he go out and scold the person
the taxi driver "hum chee" dun dare to come out
so the taxi driver apologise and say tat it's their fault
and hope tat we can forget the matter.

of cos I'm shocked lahs..
but was more angry than shocked
so I overtake the taxi

eventually I did not went to work today.

woke up like bout 11plus
slack awhile, bathe, slack again
then had Long John Silvers (as usual fr my uncle) for breakfast
watched the repeat of 搜神转 since I did not watch on thurs n fri
aft watching didnt feel like gg out
so mummy say "Wait for papa come back then we play mj wif ah chek"

So all in all, my day today...........
wake up slack, bathe, slack, eat n watch tv, play mj
AND LOST $60 over!!! LOLss...

2nd Day at COMEX

shoo!!~~ survived another day!
sharon msg me jus now ask me tml wan work mahs.
I also dunno lehs.. super tiring lehs..

me and jiejie board the train at pioneer
sit down for 2 stops then we saw 2 ah peks board train
so me n jiejie stand up n let them sit
u see we so considerate!! LOL!!

as for today's work,
everything was like the same as ytd
jus tat today got more rejections to clear
some more most of e rejections come from e self-help
registration de lors..
dunno which stupid turtle created e self-help registration counter thingy
nv set limitations or restrictions
anyone can successfully registered n get a queue no.
nv fill in address or not a valid customer also can pass thru get queue tix
cause so many problems,
make until me n sharon haf to keep calling up customers
ask them thru the phone regarding their un-filled up form
and I feel so bad lahs..
okok.. let me tell u why.

most of the time,
if rejection is due to outstanding not cleared

Me:"hi sir, I'm Siew Chen calling on behalf of Starhub Comex roadshow.
Customer: "Yes?"
Me: "According to our records, there is outstanding balance in ur account. If you wanna take up a new/recon your service, I'm afraid you will need to pay the outstanding first."
Customer (good): "Oh! no problem. Can I pay it here?" / "Sure! Where can I pay?"
Customer (bad): "WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?! I don't want to sign the service then!
Me: "Erm, is it possible for me to meet u at counter 12 now? I will bring u to make payment and once payment is made, we will go ahead to process your application."
Customer: "Sure. I'll see you there then!"

~meet up wif customers, bring them to available cashier, pay their bills, get the receipt, smile to them n sae "thank you sir/madam! hold on for a while and our staffs will serve you shortly.", return to the OVP room, sign off the rejection, send our for processing.

and and and.. today there's tis look n sound educated man
who is so idiotic, makes me feel like scolding him back!
there is $400 over outstanding balance in his acc.
accumulated from mths.
he requested to see me,
so I met him..
at first, he seems friendly, aft tat start to flare up
He: "There cannot be outstanding in my account! I pay my bills every months! What the hell is wrong with your system! Didn't you all check properly?!"
Me: "Sir, it is shown in our system that this outstanding were accumulated over months."
He: "What bullshit!"
Me: "Sir, if you do not believe, I can print out your past months bills for your verification."
He: "Go ahead!"

so I went on to print out his bills from may to aug (which is his most recent bill)so I called him wanted to show him the bill
and you noe wat??
he went to eat! he even ask me to go Food Republic to see him! *ridiculous!*
eventually I didn't. I ask him called me when he's done eating.
mad guy! so aft like 2hrs, he called.
so I went out once again to meet him
talk to him for like 20mins,
he talk so much nonsense like,

"I have been a loyal customers with you all for so long and this is what I get! I have got so many services with you all! 5 mobile lines, cable tv, maxonline. If I have accumulated such a big amount of money, you'll would have terminated my service! Did you see this strip on my wrist? This is the registration strip aka queue no. from Singtel. I'm thinking should I switch all my service over to Singtel since they can offer me such a great deal!"

I was tinking, "Switch lahs! Also nobody ask u to stay!" (but I nv sae out lahs!)
I tried my best to talk sense to him nicely
but cannot tahan anymore
so went to call raymond (my in-charge) to go settle
so he went out, talk to him for like close to an hr
came back tell me he dun wanna sign already (*stupid guy!*)
then ltr like 3hrs ltr, called back and sae want to see raymond
so I asked raymond to go out n speak to him lors.
then in the end when raymond came back,
he told me the guy pay the outstanding and sign new service already.
I'm like LOL! *weird, idiotic, stupid man!)

at the end of the day,
celebrated Gary (in-charge) de bday!
ate this cake from Secret Recipe dunno wat it is called
got caramel, banana, chocolate, nuts...

the voucher is from e card a la carte
then got a lot of vouchers de
mostly is buffet for 2 diners will be free

ok back to the buffet,
food was alright lahs (not many varieties lehs)
service is ultra good de lors,
got free flow of coffee n tea,
yummy self-made salad,
cooked food like drunken prawns, roasted duck, mee tai bak n etc..
got live cooking somemore
mm, I ate alot of oysters, salmon n abalone!
the oysters super nice lehs.. fresh n big!
and and and..... got many many deserts!

but let me choose,
I will not return to the restaurant I guess??
not the food not good lahs
is too little varieties le..
not worth spending the money for such food lehs.. LOL!
